SIX POINT PROGRAM FOR OCEANSIDE
1) Stop the wholesale disposal of city owned property like the hotel 27 million dollar subsidy. 2) Build, expand and prioritize new roads and maintenance of current roads to ease traffic burden. 3) Start a program to identify, businesses to relocate to Oceanside and put together a team and incentives and visit the proposed business in an effort to get more high paying jobs. 4) Hire more police for neighborhood safety until Oceanside matches the national average crime rate and meets the recommended FBI ratio of Officers. 5) Take action to assist our senior community. Expedite the senior center in East Oceanside. More free parking at the beach. Pass the seniors only overlay ASAP. 6)
Treat all fellow councilpersons with respect and build a spirit of teamwork
by finding common goals.
